How many people can stay?
The Palmetto accommodates up to 11 guests across four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms include a king room with an ensuite bathroom, two queen rooms, and a bunk room with two full beds and a twin trundle. Is The Palmetto on the beach?
The Palmetto is a residential home in Palm Coast. Plan to travel to the area's public beaches for your beach day, then return to your own pool and backyard. Our local guide links to beach access and parking information. The map on this website shows only an approximate location.
Is there a private pool?
Yes. The Palmetto has a private pool. Pool heating is available by request for an additional fee. Ask about arrangements for your dates before booking if heating is important to your stay, and follow the pool instructions provided with your reservation.
Can I bring a dog?
Up to two small dogs, each weighing no more than 25 pounds, may be welcomed with prior approval and an additional fee. Contact us before booking to confirm your dogs and the applicable charge. Please include them when the booking flow asks about pets.
What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is from 4 pm and checkout is by 10 am, local Florida time. Follow the confirmed times in your reservation. Any request for an earlier arrival or later departure must be approved in advance.
What can we do at the house?
Enjoy the pool and fenced backyard, gather around the grill or fire pit, or spend an evening in the game garage with shuffleboard, foosball and arcade games. The kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi and workspaces also make it easy to settle in for a longer stay.
